1About Pussho

Pussho is a pet-focused social and community platform that may provide features including:

• Pet profiles
• Social posts
• Stories
• Comments, reactions, likes and shares
• Following and followers
• Direct messaging and conversations
• Groups or community features
• Pet-related information and content
• Lost and found features
• Adoption-related features
• Marketplace or pet-related transactions
• Veterinary or animal-care related information
• Notifications and communications
• Other social, community, communication and pet-related services

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

Pussho is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older, unless a different minimum age is required by applicable law.

You must provide accurate information regarding your age and account information.

You may not:

• Misrepresent your age;
• Create an account for a child who is below the applicable minimum age;
• Circumvent age restrictions;
• Use another person's identity without authorization;
• Help another person bypass Pussho's age or safety requirements.

Pussho may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate age or safety requirements.

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, additional age-related safeguards may apply.

3Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account.

You must not:

• Create fraudulent or deceptive accounts;
• Impersonate another person, organization, veterinarian, professional, seller, shelter, rescue organization, or public figure;
• Use another person's credentials;
• Sell, rent, transfer, or share your account;
• Create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited activities;
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions or enforcement actions.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that you could not reasonably prevent.

4Account Security and Two-Factor Authentication

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, devices, recovery methods, and security codes.

Pussho may provide security features including two-factor authentication (“2FA”), trusted devices, recovery methods, security verification, and session management.

If 2FA is enabled, Pussho may process limited account/security information necessary to provide that security feature.

Pussho does not authorize users to use another person's authentication credentials or security information.

You must immediately notify Pussho if you believe your account has been compromised.

5Google Account Identifier and Authentication

Pussho does not represent Google Sign-In as a general account-login method unless expressly provided in the current Pussho application.

Where applicable, a limited Google account identifier may be processed only for a specific security function, such as two-factor authentication, when that feature is enabled.

Pussho does not grant users permission to access, collect, or use another person's Google account information.

6User-Generated Content

Pussho allows users to create and share content, including:

• Text
• Photos
• Videos
• Stories
• Comments
• Captions
• Messages
• Profile information
• Pet information
• Reviews
• Marketplace listings
• Community content
• Other materials submitted through Pussho

You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, transmit, publish, or share.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to submit it;
• It does not violate these Terms;
• It does not violate applicable law;
• It does not infringe another person's rights;
• It does not endanger a person or animal;

It does not facilitate illegal or harmful activity.

Pussho may remove, restrict, disable, or otherwise act on content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7ZERO-TOLERANCE SAFETY POLICY

Pussho maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, cruelty, trafficking, or endangerment of children, animals, or other vulnerable persons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited.

7.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

You must not use Pussho to:

• Create, upload, request, possess, store, distribute, transmit, sell, trade, or solicit child sexual abuse material;
• Sexualize a child or minor;
• Facilitate sexual exploitation of a child;
• Groom or attempt to groom a child for sexual purposes;
• Establish or maintain contact with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation;
• Request or exchange sexual images involving a minor;
• Encourage a minor to produce or send sexual material;
• Engage in sexual conversations with a minor for exploitative purposes;
• Sextort, blackmail, threaten, or coerce a child using intimate or sexual material;
• Arrange, advertise, solicit, facilitate, or promote sexual trafficking or exploitation of a child;
• Offer money, goods, services, gifts, transportation, accommodation, or other benefits in exchange for sexual access to a child;
• Facilitate the offline sexual exploitation or abuse of a child;
• Attempt to evade Pussho's child-safety systems or moderation;
• Use coded language, hidden accounts, private groups, disappearing content, or other mechanisms to facilitate child exploitation.

Any content or behavior that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited regardless of whether the material is real, simulated, altered, AI-generated, or otherwise manipulated.

8Child Grooming and Predatory Behavior

Pussho strictly prohibits predatory behavior toward children.

This includes attempts to:

• Build inappropriate relationships with children for exploitative purposes;
• Gain a child's trust in order to facilitate abuse or exploitation;
• Move a child to another platform for sexual exploitation;
• Request secrecy from a child concerning sexual or exploitative interactions;
• Request private or intimate images from a child;
• Arrange secret meetings with a child for exploitative purposes;
• Manipulate, threaten, blackmail, or coerce a child;
• Encourage a child to hide communication from parents, guardians, or appropriate authorities where the purpose is abuse or exploitation.

Pussho may take immediate enforcement action where such behavior is detected or credibly reported.

9Sexual Content and Sexual Exploitation

Pussho is not a platform for pornography or sexual exploitation.

The following are prohibited:

• Pornographic content;
• Sexually explicit user-generated content;
• Sexual solicitation;
• Sexual services or prostitution;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Sexual trafficking;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Sexual blackmail or sextortion;
• Sexualized content involving minors;
• Content promoting sexual abuse;
• Content encouraging sexual violence;
• Sexualized exploitation of animals;
• Requests for or offers of sexual services.

Pussho may remove content or suspend accounts where sexual content or behavior violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform requirements.

10Animal Sexual Abuse, Bestiality and Sexual Exploitation of Animals

Because Pussho is a pet-focused platform, animal welfare is a core safety requirement.

You must not use Pussho to:

• Sexually abuse an animal;
• Engage in sexual acts with an animal;
• Encourage or facilitate sexual acts involving animals;
• Promote, glorify, normalize, or advertise bestiality;
• Upload or distribute sexualized animal-abuse material;
• Request, sell, trade, or solicit sexual material involving animals;
• Arrange access to an animal for sexual purposes;
• Offer or advertise an animal for sexual exploitation;
• Encourage another person to sexually exploit an animal;
• Use an animal in pornography or sexual performances;
• Facilitate the commercial sexual exploitation of animals;
• Threaten, coerce, torture, injure, or otherwise abuse animals for sexual purposes.

Any sexual exploitation of an animal is prohibited regardless of whether the animal is a user's pet, stray animal, shelter animal, farm animal, wildlife, or any other animal.

11Animal Cruelty, Abuse and Neglect

Pussho strictly prohibits animal cruelty and abuse.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Intentional physical abuse;
• Torture;
• Severe or intentional injury;
• Killing or attempting to kill an animal unlawfully;
• Cruel treatment;
• Intentional poisoning;
• Deliberate starvation or dehydration;
• Extreme neglect;
• Abandonment in circumstances likely to cause serious harm;
• Organizing animal fighting;
• Training animals to fight;
• Promoting animal fighting;
• Using animals for violent entertainment;
• Deliberately causing unnecessary suffering;
• Encouraging others to harm animals;
• Filming or publishing animal abuse for entertainment, shock, humiliation, or engagement;
• Selling or distributing content that depicts or facilitates serious animal abuse;
• Encouraging dangerous animal abuse challenges or trends.

Legitimate veterinary treatment, animal rescue, educational material, documentary content, animal welfare reporting, or lawful animal-care information may be permitted where the content is not itself promoting or facilitating abuse.

Pussho may restrict graphic material even where it is submitted for legitimate reporting or educational purposes.

12Animal Trafficking and Illegal Animal Activities

You may not use Pussho to facilitate:

• Illegal animal trafficking;
• Illegal wildlife trade;
• Sale or trade of protected animals or species;
• Illegal import or export of animals;
• Sale of animals for unlawful purposes;
• Smuggling of animals;
• Acquisition of animals through fraud or theft;
• Animal fighting operations;
• Exploitation of animals for criminal activity.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes conduct prohibited by applicable animal welfare, wildlife, environmental, criminal, or other laws.

13Animal Welfare and Responsible Pet Ownership

Users are expected to treat animals responsibly.

Pussho may restrict or remove content involving:

• Dangerous neglect;
• Unsafe housing;
• Extreme deprivation;
• Intentional injury;
• Cruel training;
• Dangerous challenges;
• Abuse presented as entertainment;
• Encouragement of irresponsible or dangerous animal treatment.

Pussho may take action even where conduct is presented as a joke, prank, challenge, trend, or entertainment if the conduct creates a serious risk of harm.

14Violence, Threats and Dangerous Conduct

You must not use Pussho to:

• Threaten violence;
• Encourage violence;
• Organize violent attacks;
• Encourage self-harm or suicide;
• Encourage harm to animals;
• Promote dangerous criminal activity;
• Provide instructions intended to facilitate serious harm;
• Promote torture or extreme cruelty;
• Celebrate or glorify serious abuse.

Legitimate news, educational, documentary, animal-welfare, or public-interest content may be treated differently where appropriate, provided it does not promote or facilitate harmful conduct.

15Harassment, Bullying and Abuse

You must not use Pussho to:

• Harass or intimidate others;
• Bully users;
• Repeatedly target another person;
• Threaten users;
• Encourage dogpiling or coordinated harassment;
• Publish another person's private information for harassment;
• Blackmail another person;
• Extort another person;
• Encourage abuse against an individual;
• Target minors with threats or harassment;
• Encourage animal abuse against a person's pet;
• Use hateful or dehumanizing conduct to facilitate abuse.

Pussho may restrict accounts involved in repeated or severe abusive behavior.

16Privacy, Doxxing and Personal Information

You must not publish, distribute, sell, or expose another person's private information without lawful authorization.

This includes, where inappropriate or unauthorized:

• Home addresses;
• Private phone numbers;
• Private email addresses;
• Passwords;
• Authentication credentials;
• Financial information;
• Private medical information;
• Private photographs;
• Private conversations;
• Precise location information;
• Identification documents.

Do not use Pussho to facilitate stalking, harassment, intimidation, identity theft, or targeted abuse.

17Impersonation and Fraud

You must not:

• Impersonate another user;
• Impersonate Pussho or Bridge Byte Tech;
• Pretend to be a veterinarian or other professional without appropriate credentials;
• Pretend to represent an animal shelter or rescue organization;
• Create fraudulent marketplace listings;
• Misrepresent animals for sale or adoption;
• Use stolen identities;
• Conduct payment fraud;
• Engage in scams;
• Manipulate users into sending money or property through deception.

18Direct Messaging and Private Communication

Pussho may provide direct messaging and other private communication features.

Private communication is still subject to these Terms.

Users must not use private communication to facilitate:

• Child exploitation;
• Grooming;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Animal sexual abuse;
• Animal cruelty;
• Threats;
• Blackmail;
• Fraud;
• Harassment;
• Illegal transactions;
• Trafficking;
• Other prohibited conduct.

Users can report or block other users where those features are available.

Pussho may review, preserve, restrict, or disclose information when reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, investigation of violations, or enforcement of these Terms, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

19Reporting and Blocking

Pussho provides safety mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and users and to block other users where applicable.

Users should report:

• Child safety concerns;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Animal abuse;
• Animal sexual exploitation;
• Grooming;
• Threats;
• Harassment;
• Fraud;
• Illegal activity;
• Dangerous content;
• Other violations of these Terms.

False, malicious, or intentionally abusive reporting may itself violate these Terms.

Pussho may take action based on reports, automated signals, moderation review, safety investigations, legal requests, or other available information.

20Child Safety Enforcement

Pussho treats child-safety violations as severe violations.

Where Pussho obtains actual knowledge or credible evidence of prohibited child sexual exploitation or abuse, Pussho may:

• Remove or restrict the relevant content;
• Disable or terminate accounts;
• Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required;
• Restrict related accounts or activity;
• Prevent re-registration where technically feasible;
• Escalate the matter to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required or appropriate;
• Cooperate with lawful investigations and requests.

Pussho may take immediate action without providing advance notice where necessary to protect a child, prevent ongoing harm, preserve evidence, or comply with law.

21Animal Safety Enforcement

Pussho may immediately restrict or terminate accounts involved in serious animal abuse, animal sexual exploitation, animal trafficking, organized animal fighting, or other severe animal-welfare violations.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Pussho may preserve relevant information and cooperate with appropriate authorities, animal-welfare organizations, or lawful investigations.

22Content Moderation

Pussho may use a combination of:

• Automated systems;
• Human moderation;
• User reports;
• Safety investigations;
• Content review;
• Account-level signals;
• Fraud and abuse detection;
• Other reasonable safety mechanisms.

No moderation system can guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately.

Pussho may remove, restrict, demote, hide, disable, or prevent access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create a safety risk.

23Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, Pussho may:

• Remove content;
• Restrict content visibility;
• Disable specific features;
• Restrict messaging;
• Restrict posting;
• Restrict marketplace activity;
• Issue warnings;
• Temporarily suspend accounts;
• Permanently terminate accounts;
• Block related accounts;
• Prevent future registration;
• Preserve relevant information;
• Take legal or safety action where appropriate.

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination without a prior warning.

24Appeals and Review

Where an enforcement action is eligible for appeal, users may contact Pussho through the available support or appeal process.

Pussho may review an appeal based on available information.

Appeals do not guarantee restoration of content or accounts.

Pussho may maintain restrictions where necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of users and animals.

25Marketplace

Where Pussho provides marketplace functionality, users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and transactions.

Users must not use the marketplace for:

• Illegal goods;
• Stolen animals;
• Illegal wildlife;
• Animal trafficking;
• Animal fighting;
• Animal sexual exploitation;
• Fraudulent listings;
• Counterfeit products;
• Prohibited services;
• Other unlawful transactions.

Pussho may remove listings or restrict sellers who violate these Terms.

26Payments

Pussho may provide paid features, subscriptions, marketplace payments, services, or other transactions.

Pussho currently uses Stripe for applicable payment processing.

Pussho may add, replace, or use additional payment providers in the future.

Payment processing may be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

Pussho does not generally store complete payment-card information when such information is processed directly by the applicable payment provider.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with applicable payment terms.

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may result in account restrictions or termination.

27Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable product, transaction, payment method, marketplace arrangement, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

Where a third-party payment provider processes the transaction, its applicable payment procedures may also apply.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

28Pet Adoption and Lost & Found

Pussho may provide adoption, rescue, lost-and-found, or animal-related community features.

Pussho does not guarantee:

• The identity of another user;
• The health of an animal;
• Ownership of an animal;
• The accuracy of a listing;
• The legitimacy of an adoption offer;
• The recovery of a lost animal;
• The safety of an in-person meeting.

Users must independently verify information and use reasonable safety precautions.

Pussho is not an animal shelter, rescue organization, veterinary clinic, or law-enforcement agency unless expressly stated for a particular service.

29Veterinary and Animal Health Disclaimer

Pussho may contain pet health information, educational content, veterinary-related information, or user discussions.

Such information is provided for general informational purposes only.

Pussho is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Do not rely solely on information available through Pussho when an animal may require urgent medical attention.

Users remain responsible for seeking qualified veterinary care when appropriate.

30User Content License

You retain ownership of content you submit to Pussho, subject to any rights you grant to Pussho under these Terms.

By submitting content, you grant Pussho a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, transmit, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and provide Pussho.

This license does not give Pussho ownership of your content.

Pussho may remove content where required by these Terms, applicable law, safety requirements, or platform policies.

31Intellectual Property

Pussho, its software, branding, logos, interface, designs, trademarks, service marks, and original materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not:

• Copy Pussho's proprietary software;
• Reverse engineer or decompile Pussho except where legally permitted;
• Reproduce Pussho branding without authorization;
• Scrape Pussho for prohibited purposes;
• Use Pussho's intellectual property to create misleading services;
• Circumvent technical protection mechanisms.

32Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

You may not upload or distribute content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights.

Pussho may remove allegedly infringing content and may restrict repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law and its enforcement procedures.

Copyright complaints may be submitted through the applicable Pussho copyright-reporting channel.

33Third-Party Services

Pussho may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including payment, infrastructure, analytics, authentication/security, hosting, communication, or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Pussho is not responsible for independent services that it does not control.

Pussho may change or discontinue third-party integrations when reasonably necessary.

34Privacy

Your use of Pussho is also governed by the Pussho Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Pussho collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes personal information.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

35Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Pussho account through the available in-app account deletion feature and/or the external deletion method provided by Pussho.

Account deletion may result in the permanent deletion of associated account data, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Pussho may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal compliance;
• Fraud prevention;
• Security;
• Abuse prevention;
• Dispute resolution;
• Enforcement of legal rights;
• Regulatory obligations;
• Other legitimate legal purposes.

Deletion of an account does not automatically erase information that Pussho is legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.

36Prohibited Technical Activities

You must not:

• Attack or disrupt Pussho systems;
• Introduce malware;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Circumvent security controls;
• Reverse engineer security mechanisms for abuse;
• Scrape or harvest data through prohibited methods;
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• Probe systems for vulnerabilities without authorization;
• Exploit security vulnerabilities;
• Interfere with another user's account;
• Circumvent bans or restrictions;
• Abuse APIs or automated systems;
• Attempt to access private information belonging to another user.

Security researchers should use an authorized vulnerability-reporting channel where available.

37Illegal Activities

Pussho must not be used to facilitate unlawful activities.

This includes, without limitation:

• Fraud;
• Identity theft;
• Extortion;
• Blackmail;
• Trafficking;
• Child exploitation;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Animal abuse;
• Animal trafficking;
• Violence;
• Threats;
• Illegal gambling;
• Illegal drug activity;
• Financial crimes;
• Cybercrime;
• Theft;
• Distribution of unlawful materials.

Pussho may cooperate with lawful authorities where required or appropriate.

38Safety and Real-World Meetings

Pussho may allow users to communicate or arrange real-world interactions.

Users are responsible for their own safety.

When meeting another user, adopting an animal, purchasing an animal-related product, or arranging services, users should independently verify identities, ownership, documentation, and relevant facts.

Pussho does not guarantee the safety, identity, honesty, qualifications, or conduct of another user.

39No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

Pussho is provided on an availability basis.

Pussho may experience:

• Maintenance;
• Technical failures;
• Network failures;
• Security incidents;
• Service interruptions;
• Third-party outages;
• Data-processing delays;
• Feature changes;
• Temporary or permanent service discontinuation.

Pussho does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

40User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your account;
• Your content;
• Your communications;
• Your transactions;
• Your interactions with other users;
• Your treatment of animals;
• Your compliance with applicable law;
• Your compliance with these Terms.

You must exercise reasonable judgment when using Pussho.

41Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pussho is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Pussho does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user-generated content;
• The identity of users;
• The health or condition of animals;
• The legitimacy of marketplace listings;
• The success of adoption or lost-and-found activities;
• The availability of particular users or features;
• The accuracy of veterinary or educational discussions;
• The outcome of transactions or communications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

42Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridge Byte Tech and Pussho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.

This may include loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, interruption, or losses arising from interactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

43Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bridge Byte Tech, Pussho, and their respective personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your unlawful conduct;
• Your content;
• Your transactions;
• Your infringement of third-party rights;
• Your misuse of Pussho;
• Your violation of another person's or animal's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by conduct for which applicable law prohibits indemnification.

44Suspension and Termination

Pussho may suspend or terminate your account when reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms;
• Protect users;
• Protect animals;
• Protect children;
• Prevent fraud;
• Prevent abuse;
• Protect the platform;
• Comply with law;
• Respond to legal requests;
• Address serious security concerns.

Serious safety violations may result in immediate permanent termination.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

45Changes to These Terms

Pussho may update these Terms when reasonably necessary due to:

• New features;
• Changes in law;
• Changes in platform requirements;
• Security requirements;
• Business changes;
• Changes to payment providers;
• Changes to safety requirements.

Material changes may be communicated through reasonable means.

Your continued use of Pussho after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

46No Waiver

If Pussho does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Pussho permanently waives the right to enforce it later.

47Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

48Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Pussho Privacy Policy and applicable feature-specific policies, constitute the agreement governing your use of Pussho, subject to any additional terms expressly applicable to particular services.

49Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh, without excluding mandatory rights or protections that may apply to a user under applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled through the courts or legally applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction.

51Important Safety Notice

If you encounter content or behavior involving:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation;
• Child grooming;
• Child sexualization;
• Child sextortion;
• Child trafficking;
• Animal sexual abuse;
• Bestiality;
• Animal cruelty;
• Animal torture;
• Animal trafficking;
• Serious threats or violence;
• do not engage with, redistribute, or promote the content. Use Pussho's reporting tools where available and contact appropriate authorities or emergency services where immediate danger exists.

Pussho may take urgent action to protect children, animals, users, and the wider community.

52Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pussho, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms;
• You agree to comply with these Terms;
• You will comply with applicable law;
• You will not use Pussho to exploit, abuse, sexually exploit, or harm children or animals;
• You will not use Pussho to facilitate illegal or dangerous conduct;

You understand that serious violations may result in immediate account termination and other appropriate action.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Pussho.

Pussho is committed to maintaining a safe environment for people, pets, animals, and the wider community.
